My short, experimental film Longshore Drift has been picked to feature at Big Screen Leeds daily at 1pm and 6pm throughout November. Longshore Drift, which was created at Spurn Point in East Riding, is a cyclical, looping film that follows a lone figure throughout the course of a day. The remnants of a war that ended 100 years ago form the backdrop to this contemplative piece that hints at current global affairs and seeks to question the notion of remembrance.

The showcase organised by CuratorSpace will feature artists who have a connection to Yorkshire and will include work from visual artists D'arcy Darilmaz, Kate Morrison, Patricia Walsh, Liz Wilson and Kenneth Yates.
