I have had the pleasure of working with Milton Keynes Gallery as an Associate Artist since 2019. During this time, I have introduced attendees to pinhole photography, studio photography, and the concept of photographing a feeling, among other themes and methods. I was invited to create a Painting with Light workshop after responding to an artist call-out for MK Gallery’s Inclusive Practice in the Arts programme.

The programme focuses on supporting disabled and neurodivergent young people aged 14–25 in the early stages of their practice development, while maintaining the playful and social spirit of Art and Us. I was blown away by how quickly the attendees understood the process and engaged with the activity. The light paintings were fantastic.
